CT2000 Der Sammeltisch nimmt die von der Vorschaltmaschine einzeln ankommenden Produkte / Gebinde auf und stellt sie zur weiteren Verarbeitung bereit. Dazu werden die Produkte von einem stufenlos regelbaren Transportband aufgenommen und vor dem Abschub aufgestaut. Der durch eine Start- und Staufotozelle geregelte Abschubvorgang der gesammelten Produkte erfolgt automatisch. Dadurch kann – abhängig von der Leistung der Vorschaltmaschine und der Größe der Produkte – eine bestimmte Pufferzeit erreicht werden. Das Bedienpersonal hat dann die Möglichkeit, manuell die gesammelten Produkte vom Sammeltisch abzunehmen und entsprechend den betrieblichen Erfordernissen weiter zu verarbeiten. CT2000 The collation table collects the products as they arrive from the previous machine and prepares them for further processing. Therefore the products are delivered from the previous machine onto an infinitely adjustable conveyor belt and queued up before being pushed away. The collected products are pushed off automatically by means of a start- and queue up control. This means that a specific buffer time can be achieved, depending on the performance of the previous machine and the product size. The operating person is then able to pick up the products manually from the collection table and to process the operational requirements accordingly. |
